April 2026 – Another house move in progress! A 2-day full pack and move from Spittal to Pocklington…
In April 2026 we had another large move – a 3 day full pack and move service move from Barton Le Willows (8 miles South West of Malton) to Brandsby, (approximately 12 miles North of York).
House Removal from Farnham in Surrey to Newton Upon Derwent, near York
Recently, the AM Removals team completed a full house move in Farnham in Surrey for a family relocating to the York area. The job included packing fragile items, dismantling furniture and transporting everything safely to the new property. This was a pretty long trip – it’s around 250 miles from Farnham up to Newton Upon Derwent – it took about a 4.5 hour drive (plus stops!). [Read more…]

Moving Yacht Parts!
At A&M Removals, no two moves are ever the same. Over the years, we’ve handled everything from standard house removals to some truly unusual and specialist transport jobs. One recent example saw our team assisting with the transhipment of yacht parts destined for La Rochelle in France, via Doncaster Airport.
